The contest is called For the Reel , which invites filmmakers to submit a mobile film concept that captures the essence of the Toronto International Film Festival’s Vanguard Programme (an annual selection of “edgy” entries in the TIFF).

Using green screens in both real life and second life we can start to create videos using already created moving avatars from second life. We are able to put avatars in real life and real people in Second Life. The great thing about this is that we have full control of the avatars. There are no artists that are needed to animate. We are able to quickly put together videos.
